Lucky Names is a consumer iOS app that helps you explore and choose names. Features and content may change as we improve the app.

The waitlist is a way to hear about our launch. Joining it is free and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Please use the service only for personal, non-commercial name exploration. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape our content, or misuse it in ways that harm other people.

The Lucky Names name, brand, app, and content are owned by us. You keep everything you create on your device.

Any purchases made through the App Store are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple.

Lucky Names is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Lucky Names.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company operating Lucky Names is based. If you need the specific jurisdiction, email support@luckynames.app.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will notify waitlist members and update the date below.
